Rittenhouse Square Medium Format

Four years ago I was still roaming around the city with a Yashica Mat medium format film camera. There was a sense of freedom with walking the street with a film camera and a single 12 exposure roll of film. Using a TLR camera forces you to slow down and actually become an observer instead of just giving a fleeting glance before pressing the shutter. Add a 12 exposure roll of film and you'll be forced to ask yourself is what I see in front of me worth a frame of film. All of the photos below were taken in the Rittenhouse Square Park in Philadelphia.
