STOP !

 Taken from through the filthy window of my speeding train home today. This graffiti sits on the edge of a quickly gentrifying neighborhood. Since gentrification has already claimed every center city neighborhood the ones beyond it are falling fast. To make matters worse in Philadelphia "gentrification" means deblackification and to make safe and homogenized for young white suburban transients even though blacks make up 44% of Philadelphia's population. Now before I start getting emails about pandering, this destruct force is turning cities into something they're not...unaffordable, boring, non-diverse while destroying creativity and culture. Quickly like an atomic blast shockwave gentrification is turning huge areas of cities into kingdoms while the rest of us Serfs get exiled to to other side of the kingdom's wall.
