  The only thing more frustrating than not having the money to purchase art supplies is having the money and the supplies don’t exist. Finding Fuji Instax Wide Monochrome film that’s not expired is just about impossible. B&H, Amazon and Adorama only have film that expired back in 2019, still want full price for film that might not work. Sellers on EBay having listings at 3 times the retail price but they won’t guarantee that the film isn’t expired or remove it from the box so you can't see the date. The other problem is the Fuji Instax Wide camera itself which always seems to be out of stock.

  Because of all this I’ve contacted FujiFilm, several well known camera shops, Fuji forms and blogs all without receiving a single response back. After several hours of research on the internet I haven’t found a any articles about the problem. There doesn’t seem to be any problems getting the color film.

A couple of days ago I was able to purchase two packs of the film. Why only two? Because that’s all they had. With a 2024 expiration date I was assured that Fuji was still making the film but still no answer to it’s shortage.
