If Hell Had A Subway

     It was another clusterfuck of a week on Septa.

    The constant cancellation of Region Rail trains.

    The sudden influx of junkies due to the lower temperatures. PCP (embalming fluid) and Crack are              making a huge comeback.

    Fire at one station, electrical outage at another, 3 medical emergencies ( Junkie OD's), shutting down          stations.

    High School kids starting fights during the evening rush hour.

    A broken down subway train.

    An almost constant subway train operator shortage.

    The EL trains running every 20 minutes, instead of every 6 minutes.

    On the plus side, the transit police were the most visible in several years. They had their hands full, and are in need of at least 100 more cops. Septa is also going to begin a campaign to help stop the ignorant wearing of backpacks. These young adults are wearing backpacks in size between those going into battle, and those climbing Everest. And these faux urban dwellers also have stuffed animals, thermoses, and neck pillows hanging off of them, effectively taking up the space of two riders. In other good news, the rats seem to be getting smaller...
