    There is no nice way to put it, SEPTA is a clusterfuck! Constant delays, operator shortages, broken down trains, junkie medical emergencies stopping the system, wasteful vanity projects, useless employees, and 200+ train cars too dangerous to use. And to top it off a new higher fare!
